We do accommodate walk-ins based on availability, but we highly recommend booking an appointment in advance to guarantee your preferred time and service with your chosen therapist.
How soon will I see results after the treatment?
You may notice immediate improvements in hydration and skin texture. For more significant results, such as reduced acne or diminished fine lines, a series of treatments is recommended, with visible changes often appearing within 2 to 4 weeks.
Is there a cancellation fee?
Yes, we have a 24-hour cancellation policy. Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a fee of 50% of the service cost to compensate for the reserved time.
Is this treatment suitable for acne-prone skin?
Yes, this treatment is specifically formulated for acne-prone skin. It uses gentle, non-comedogenic ingredients to cleanse pores, reduce inflammation, and promote healing without causing irritation.
What should I wear to the spa?
We recommend wearing comfortable, loose-fitting clothing. For most treatments, we will provide you with a robe and slippers. Disposable undergarments are also available for your comfort and privacy.

For late cancellations or no-shows, the card you provided to secure your booking will be automatically charged the corresponding fee.
If I'm running late for my appointment, how does that affect my treatment and the policy?
We will do our best to accommodate you, but your treatment may need to be shortened to avoid delaying the next client. If you are more than 15 minutes late without notice, it may be considered a no-show, and the full service fee will apply.
